Pros:

It made me feel proactive, the carry case was pretty, and I liked the pink colour

Cons:

It wasn't worth the money, it was hot, 2 minutes is too long to sit there burning your face, it's a rip-off since the cartridges need to be replaced, too complicated, takes too long

This did not help at all, I can't find a pimple so early that it's not showing, and the Zeno didn't really help at all once I found even the smallest, earliest one. It was just a huge hassel, and didn't clear up my acne. If you're going to buy it, trust me, BUY AT SEPHORA!!! They have their own 30 day return policy, so no matter what, you use it, you don't like it, you return it, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!! Now I use benzoyl peroxide, 5%, on any acne I see, next day or 2, it's gone, and it costs like 10 bucks. The cartridge refill system sucks, even after the initial charge for the machine, it's like $60 per refill.

Pros:

None whatsoever.

Cons:

Extremely expensive, completely ineffective.

A complete waste of money. The company would have you believe it works to clear up all pimples. It's only when you buy it and open the shrink-wrapped box to read the user's guide that it tells you it's only effective on certain pimples, and will only clear them up BEFORE they start, i.e. when you notice a bump under your skin that may or may not turn into a pimple. It didn't clear up any of my existing pimples and didn't prevent the early pimples from surfacing. I took advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee. If it sounds to good to be true, it is.

Pros:

None

Cons:

This device completely ruined my skin.. It leaves permanent marks, unless you use it on extremely early acne, most of which can be cured by medication

STRONGLY recommend against this device. you will regret using it!

Pros:

the pimple would go down.... for a few hours!

Cons:

then it would come right back up again

far too expensive. and can burn the skin. you might as well just place your face against a radiator.

Pros:

none

Cons:

It didn't work.

I used it when I felt one coming on and did as instructed. Did not do anything, the pimple continued to get bigger.

Pros:

Did seem to flatten out pimple, so it was easy to cover up.

Cons:

Didn't actually get rid of the pimple, especially not within the 24 hours. Not for blackheads, or whiteheads.

Although it did seem to help a little for that one pimple that you may get "once a month", it definately doesn't seem to be worth the money.

Pros:

Cons:

just left the spot remaining red where my pimple was heated. I did the regiment it told me to, but i saw no change.

Pros:

I like everything bout it!

Cons:

Nothing, its worth ur allowance kids ha..

Yo, I got this thing at Wallgreens 4 about $140, thats kind of alot, but, if u have a pimple forming n u want it to jus go away, get this thing, it works, It stays on the pimple 4 about 3-5 beaps n its done.. so about 1-2 each pimple, 50 shots at zapping a pimple.. The refills r kinda pricey but u know, if u dnt wanna get called pizza face, or jus hate having a big sausage type lookin thing on ur face then get it, it shrinks the pimple to practically nothing! It's very hard to see the pimple after bout 3-5 days.. I got it n ittook part of my bday money, but was worth it.. Just the refills r a bit pricey at 24.99 4 another 50 shots.. anyways..yea, u wil feel a tingle on ur skin with the heat, but dnt b a pansy bout it, fight through it! it's quick n easy.. best acne product I've used so far!

Pros:

Ummmm? It's small?

Cons:

Odd shape for the purpose it is supposed to serve; made acne worse; very expensive

This product did clear up ONE pimple I had. However, I had that 'feeling' under my skin as described in the manual. Typically, I could put some salicylic acid on that 3 times daily and end up with it clearing or a very small pimple. But this time, I used the Zeno. HUGE MISTAKE! Instead of clearing it, I got the largest zit I think I've had in my 36 years of life...and now I cannot make it go away. I am in the process of packing up the Zeno and returning it. By the way, isn't heat supposed to DRAW OUT an infection? I wish I hadn't bought it.
