I also looked for a miracle but did not find it with Zeno. Sometimes, the device would work but most times it did nothing for my pimple. Disappointing!

BUT it doesnt work at all. PAINFUL because it uses high hot heat, burns skin, irritates areas around the acne.
I used this product just as the box said .. and it didnt do anything like it said .. Id wake up the next morning and the pimple was still there and even bigger than before I used it .. My skin was clearer before I used this crap and got worse after .. it became all irritated , inflamed, burned .. etc. THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY!! dont do it.

I've found that Zeno works great! I don't breakout alot or anything, maybe a couple of zits here and there. You know, always at the worst times... A little worried about laying down so much cash, but glad to hear there's a warranty. I really do love it! I would definitely recommend anyone to at least try it.

Pros:
it helped some of my pimples but overall didn't really affect anything.
Cons:
if you do multiple treatments in one setting, it can be time consuming. the instructions say to use it "as soon as you feel a pimple coming on" and i've done that plenty of times and the pimple just got bigger instead of going away...
too much money, too little effect.

IT DID LEAVE ME A hyperpigmentation SCAR...but my skin scars easily.
I had two pimples. I used zeno on one and not the other. Yes, the former pimple subsided quicker compared to the latter. BUT...it left a bigger and redder hyper-pigmentation mark. My conclusion is that if you have sensitive skin that gets red marks easily after pimples are gone you should probably stay away from zeno or use it when you feel a pimple coming and not on existing pimples or spots that have reoccuring pimples. Overall this technology is under-impressive and there are better spot heat spot treatment now (a new one came out that requires only a 2 second heat i think it's called thermaclear or something)

Pros:
small and easy to carry everywhere. 30 days money back is really convininent, you will need that option!
Cons:
device and treatements are expensive.
adantages : I've used zeno for 1 month. it didn't make my acne worse, but there was no magic results. the pimples became smaller and flat after you used it, but in few minutes they look the same as they did before the treatement. the redness stays for only few minutes.
disadvantages: it is ideal if you have 1 or 2 pimples, but if you have more than that, the treatements get expensive($100 a month)
it's very time consuming(2 and a half minutes for each pimple 3 times a day), it takes it forever to heat up and it needs to be charged after just 3 treatements, which is annoying.

Not for white or black heads.
My boyfriend says my skin looks so much better after using zeno for just under 2 weeks. That was all I needed to hear! I recommend it to everyone. Pimples that seem to last weeks, plus scar, are now gone from yesterday and the day before.

I bought this as one of my last hopes before asking my Dr. for Acutane. It was inefective. Every pimple I used it on still matured as it would have even if I didn't use it.
Save your money, if you want to try something similar I also tried Thermaclear which has a permanent head that never needs replacing and treatment lasts like 3 seconds. You can get it at [link removed].

You have to hold it to your face for the longest 2 1/2 minutes of your life just to recieve this huge red spot (somehow much larger than the head of this apparatus) that can take up to an hour or so to fade away.
I bought this item out of desperation bacause I have been getting cystic acne- out of nowhere-- since last summer. Although the products website said it doesn't work on cysts (or many other types of acne) I came across mixed reviews about the product on other websites from people who said it did and they loved it (definately wasn't this site because you folks pretty much dubbed it a piece of crap straight down the line). So I ignored the reviews here, went to walgreens to experience a very embarrasing 20 minute search with 3 different walgreens employees who were'nt quite sure what this thing was or where they kept them (like one of those humorous price check scenes in a comedy for something like adult underwear). Well got home, charged it for 6 hours, began treatment. . . didnt work. Hasn't work since on all varieties of acne. I wouldnt recommend this piece of crap to my worst enemy
