Pros:

It looks cool as if it will do some major damage to your acne.

Cons:

Simply, it does not work.

It doesn't work. All those who may be suffering from hormone inconsistency to just almost regular acne, this will do bare minimum. You spend about 200 bucks buying this, and you spend about 20+ min zapping your acne with this tool that makes very annoying sound. Expensive and No-go.

Pros:

Worked. As soon as I saw a pimple forming I would zap it with the zeno.

Cons:

left scars on my face.

My acne never really was the kind that scarred too badly; in fact, it rarely, if ever, scarred. After I had been using this product I noticed I had many craters where I had used the device, So I had to stop using it. This was about a year ago, so my scars are a lot less severe now but still.

Pros:

I have tried this on acne blemishes which I have had for a few days - it took the pain out of a few and flattened out the others meaning I could hide them with makeup.

Cons:

Expensive and not suitable for severe acne

I have had acne for 20 years. Only thing that works so for is Dianette. Would like to have children so stopped taking pill and acne returned. My options are limited because I am trying to conceive so this is perfect for me and so far it has made acne less red. You can purchase product in Boots.

Pros:

Use it once or twice on newly developed pimples for resolution by the next day. I've only replaced the tip once in the last year, which cost $35 (that's cheaper than any all over monthly acne regimen).

Cons:

Charge it about 12 hours when you first get it, then keep it charged every other week. After 3 consecutive treatments, the device has a safety mechanism of some sort where all you have to is restart it.

Others have written that this is not a credible site to read reviews on zeno. I totally agree! I have been using it for over a year and it really works nicely. Most of the negative reviews you are reading here or elsewhere are obvious "plants" written by a bunch of paid bloggers (I've seen the same comments around) . Don't listen or read their crap. Try it and you will see it works...that is why it has a 30 day money back guarantee. A word of advice if you buy the other zeno, called zeno mini. My friend that bought one said to take the batteries out when you are not using it and then you will have no problems with the battery life (no need to buy rechargeables either).

Pros:

You can return it w/i 30 days. I found the heat soothing. It makes cute little noises. Looks kinda cool.

Cons:

Required far too many treatments to get results. Made me skin peel slightly. Dind't work for a majority of my acne.

I guess I am in that unlikely 10%. It does nothing for me that a hot compress won't do. The 2.5 minute zap feels like an eternity. The heat actually felt pleasant and relieved pain for an hour or so, but there were no real results from using the Zeno. It kept one pimple from forming. It seemed to calm a few more - though it took way more than the 2-3 treatments as claimed by the mfr (think 7-8). As for the other blights (some cropped up suspiciously close to where I had treated other blemishes with the Zeno)... well, they are still there.

Pros:

Did not irritate skin. Seemed to calm down small pimples.

Cons:

Took many treatments to make a small difference. New pimples seemed to sprout very close to the one I was trying to get rid of! Too Expensive

I am going to return it! It is very expensive an I will have to buy refills every two weeks at the ate I am using it. A note to those who have the Mini. I started with that one. It used so many batteries that I gave up and bought the rechargable one. If it works for you I am glad-but not for me, too expensive-not good results. Sad too, I really wanted it to work. I bought this at Wal-Mart, they were very accomodating about returns within the 30 days...don't bother with the company.

Pros:

Probably works. Hard to tell since you don't know if the zit would have resolved on it's own

Cons:

RIP OFF business model. All it is a heat source but they limit the uses and make you buy "refills". It's the give away the printer for free and make you pay $$ for refill cartridges business model. Only they charge $$ for the 'printer' too.

Since it 'probably' helps, what I'm going to do is measure the temp of the surface. Buy some adjustable heat source and duplicate the temperature. Not sure how this'll work, temperature adjustable soldering iron comes to mind. Lots of legal disclaimers here if anyone tries this. And I haven't yet. I recommended it but it's not a clear cut buy. Very expensive for what it does. Very irritating business model. But probably helps.

Pros:

Does great job on "flattening" out those big occasional pimples

Cons:

Too pricy. does not stay true to its purpose

Ok i bought this because i get random pimples occasionally and i was like oh this is great let me try it, blah is all i can say way toooo expensive the least it could do was get rid of them, it only flattened them for an extended period of time and then they where back to normal and thats after i had applied the seno 4x's. may help a little bit but thats about it zapzyt acne treatment gel those a better job for under 8 bucks.
