Pros:

Free on prescription because I'm pregnant!
Quickly dries spots out and reduces swelling. No more painful red lumps.

Cons:

Very drying, results in flaky patches and wrinkly dry areas. Stings and Burns when you first apply it.

My skins is so much better I would defintely recommend it to others. It is drying, but I use a very good facial scrub (MD formulations, glycolic, if anyone's interested) once a week and this definitely helps. Also I use a good moisturiser now and then on the dry areas. My cheeks were clear anyway, so using moisturiser here instead of the quinoderm. I am so much happier now that my skin is improving all the time, it used to reduce me to tears, but I haven't felt like that for weeks!

Pros:

Helped control acne and oil initially. Used at bedtime after washing face with Oxy Wash. Needed a good anti-sebum moisturiser during the day. Worked a miracle with Erythromycin

Cons:

After prolonged use, effect wears off unless other treatments are added

Helped me banish my acne!

Pros:

I used biooil all over my face, which intially worked well, but the 2nd time it left me with small minute whiteheads and bumps all over my face, as well as teh acne that i suffer from. I used quinoderm after hearing great reviews, and it got rid of those and made the acne better too.It does get rid of spots quikcly and isnt overly drying. its very cheap! the cheapest acne product ive ever used, and is fairly effective.

Cons:

The only con is that after working well for a few days it actually broken me out on my forehead quite bad and one one side of my face weirdly! it was quite bad. So i stopped using it and started again and it has really helped with the spots again?? weird.

Its a good cream and did make my face look so much better the 1st time i used it, now im using it again for a a few days and its getting better again, but remmeber it did break my out quite bad too. I would definetly recommend this. Go and try this!

Pros:

Clears up initial spots and gets rid of new spots quickly.

Also very cheap and a tube lasts for ages.

Cons:

Redness and dry skin for ages

Been using this for about 3 months, like a lot of others I had tried SO many treatments ranging from a 3 day fast (bs) to countless creams etc. I started with the 10% one which may not of been the best idea, however it did get rid of a big lump of sticking out spots on my face and turned the whole area into a spot free but red mess. Granted, I prefer redness to spots but still it's not brilliant. 3 months down the line I have no real sticky out spots but I do have some red spot marks (scars?) still on my face that have been there for ages, not the end of the world but I'm still not 100% clear. I still have bad dry skin problems, I have to carry round moisturizer with me everywhere I go, not too much of an inconvenience but not perfect. I would reccomend this product, it's the only one that worked on me and has cleared up my skin fairly well, I am a lot happier now compared to before. Still prepare for flaky dry skin! Also for the people that have reactions and cry about it on here, read the instructions on the packet, it clearly says to test a small dab behind your ear overnight before applying it too your face.

Pros:

Cleared up my spots

Cons:

dried out skin

This cleared up my spots really well. I've tried hundreds of creams before, from off the shelf remedies to specialist products from dermatologists costing over £100. This is the only thing that has worked for me so far and it's made a dramatic difference to my skin. The only side effect is that it makes my skin really dry. I used the 10% cream at first and this burnt my face and I came out in a horrible rash. I now use the 5% cream, at first for 2/3 days a week until I got used to it. I'm now using it every day (only once a day though) alongside Garnier Hydralock cream to combat the dryness and this seems to be working. I think it's worth the initial dry skin to clear up the acne as dry skin is so easy to treat. I've now been using Quinoderm for 4 weeks and the difference in my skin is amazing. My skin is really sensitive but I've managed to control the side effects so i'd definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Got rid of my spots and pimples very fast.

Cons:

Dried sin out made it feel sore.

This cream wored very well for me, i had quite bad acne on my chest and after only 3days its cleared 95% of it up. I also had minor acne on my face, and its cleared all of it up minus one spot.... but.... My face now feels very sore and tight, it now has a bumpy dry feeling to it, and when applying makeup it creates dry patches because of the condition of my skin. I have been using aqueous cream (moistouriser for burns) and even this only makes my skin feel good for a few seconds before feeling lie sandpaper. Only use this product if your willing to make the sacrifice: Iv exchanged spotty skin for dry skin... and for me thats better. But soon i might change my mind .

Pros:

Very good at drying up oily spots and oily patches on the skin

Cons:

if you use this too much it may, dry the skin, need to moisturise with something like aqueous cream

Great for drying out spots! a good tip is get aloe vera gel and a few drops of tea tree oil and apply as like face mask and allow it to soak in before you go to bed at night, use a moisturiser if u need to after
