Pros:

See results in 5-7 days
Get it locally
Cost is very low
Works

Cons:

Lotion slightly dries out the skin

I got this product at cvs for $15 on sale. I am 13 and have light to moderate acne and blackheads. I read reviews and decided to ride my bike to cvs and give it a try. I had a huge pimple on my lip and after the 2nd use on the first day i noticed the pimple was virtually gone. I have been concistently using this for 4 days and i can see major improvements on my skin! The steps are easy: 1. Cleanser. Wet your face and massage a bit of cleanser throughtout your entire face to open your pores and rinse. 2. Toner. Using a cotton ball put a bit of toner on your entire face after it is dry. Let the toner dry and apple step 3. 3. Repair lotion. Using a cotton ball use lotion in the problem areas ( or entire face if you wish) The lotion does dry out your skin so use a spf lotion of cream on your face afterwards. Thats all! A 7 minute process! Like i said, so far i am very satisfied with this product! Message me if you have any questions! Go AcneFree!!!

Pros:

clear skin
works on all types of acne
easy on the skin
cost

Cons:

stupid three steps are annoying

Ok a lot of people in here say that this doesn't work or didnt work well. What i can say is due to stress i had a breakout when i was 20 that was worse than any breakout i had in my life. i couldnt open my mouth enough to eat without my eyes watering up from the pain. i have what is called cystic acne and i have all the scars from that breakout to show for it. i was on perscription meds for a few months but it didnt do S**T! (differin(cost a s**t ton of money without insurance) and minocyclin(this stuff did work decent)) i started to use acne free severe i used this about 4 months then switched to this ever since. a month through the severe treatment the cysts went down 3 months my skin tone was evening out and scars were looking lighter after the fourth month i tapered down to the regular stuff and it was easier on the skin but still worked like a charm! the scars are still there over a year after the breakout i had but they are faded and i only get a pimple here or there. find a routine with this stuff and it will work!

Pros:

Soft skin
No acne
Cheap
Fast

Cons:

Doesn't help scars

I've tried proactive, clinique, st. Ives, neutrogena, stridex, clearasil, natures cure, and clean and clear but nothing worked at all. I've used the severe version of acne free for less than a week and every bit of acne is gone. My skin feels amazing.

Pros:

Cheap
skin feels smooth
I can buy when ever I want
WORKED!?!?

Cons:

Skin got oily (But who gives a F*** my skin is clear!)

OK, so i have suffered from acne for 4 years. my skin has gone from mild acne to OMG WHAT THE HELL HAPPEN TO YOUR FACE! Dermatologist just gave me endless number of pills and nothing worked. My skin is permanently scared now and was covered in acne at all times. Out of desperation, I bought this and I bought Zinc supplements. I did it for a month religiously. I made sure I didn't miss one day. I hate the 3 day step thing but hey if someone wants clear skin who gives a sh**. So the bottom line for true acne suffers is buy this product AND (Zinc for Acne) I bought it at Amazon. I stopped taking the supplements for 2 days and I had a breakout that scared me into buying more supplements. I the same happened when I stopped AcneFree Severe. I wish i took pictures to prove my awesome transformation.

Pros:

- Softens skin
- Easy to use

Cons:

- No long-term benefits
- Didn't control oil on skin
- Pricy, depending on where you buy it

After Proactive failed to give me results, I thought I'd try AcneFree. It claimed it was around 60% more effective than Proactive. When I first started to use it, I enjoyed how soft it made my skin and how fresh my face felt. A week into it, I still saw no improvement in my *acne,* just my skin texture. Still, I was optimistic and soldiered on. A month later, not only was my acne unimproved, but the softness and freshness I initially experienced was long gone, just like my hope for this product. My skin is very oily and acne-prone, and AcneFree couldn't handle the oil and improve my acne. Just like Proactive, it started out promising only to taper off and lose all effectiveness. That is my little experience. I truly hope this works for others, and I know people with milder acne and dryer skin that benefited from it. But keep this in mind: if your acne is stubborn, resistant, and you struggle with oily skin, pass on AcneFree. The claims on the packaging may tempt you, but it doesn't pull through in the end. I've tried a lot of 3-step kits like this one, and unfortunately, you end up paying for more products that don't work. You'll find cheaper products that stand alone because they do work. I kept searching and it paid off. I'm currently using PanOxyl, which is half the price by the way. Hope I saved some one out there time and money.

Pros:

Cheap
Clear up my skin a little
similar to proactiv

Cons:

Cause my skin to breakout even more.

My skin was okay until I used this product. It made my skin worst, now I have to go to a dermatologist because of this. It a waste of money. DONT BUY IT ! go to a dermatologist and have your skin check out.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Burned my face after first application.

I have used Proactiv for many years, so I am no stranger to the ingredient 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide, and my face is definitely use to it. I decided to try this product out, as it said on the box, it's main ingredient was 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide also. I applied it like I always do, and my face gradually became more and more irritated over a course of many hours, and it is burned, itchy and on fire. It gave me a chemical burn after only one application. I looked on the bottle of the Repairing Lotion and seen it said 3.7% Benzoyl Peroxide! No wonde rit burned my face! Also, it did not say that on the box, at all, so when I purchased it, I was under the impression it was 2.5% B.P. because that's what it says, but the Lotion is a higher concentration, so be wary of trying this product! Benzoyl Peroxide is very strong as it is, and it's recommended not to go over 2.5% for this very reason! I'm going to purchase the Equate system that Wal-Mart carries now. I researched it and discovered was an exact replica of Proactiv but better priced, and more convenient!

Pros:

-worked effectivly
-not expensive
-and i ♥♥♥ the cleanser

Cons:

-sometimes dries out

I a teenager and have been using this product for about 4.5 months now. I have had pretty good sucess with this product. By the end of my first set my skin was almost clear except for some small untoicable skin colored bumps by my nose , and some noticable skin colored bumps on my cheeks and forehead. Along with a 1-2 small zits... this may sound unsucessful but from where i started i was very happy. In other reviews i saw people mention drying out that is the repair lotion that has the benzoyl peroxide which dries the face, so what i recommend is cutting back the use of the repair lotion to just once a day or every other day or stoping with the RL until the dryness goes down. If that does not work just use the cleanser in the morning and maybe one of the other two at night. And if u expirence breaking out more in the begining, its normal and keep using the product. Anyway now I am on my second set, between buying sets i skipped a few days and my face totally broke out and i havent been able to get my skin back to how it use to be when i finished my first set, and that may be because i sometimes dont use the full set of 3 even when my face isnt dried out. What i also recommend using with this is burts bee acne spot treatment that helped alot too and quickly dried out the pimple. So anyway give the product a try and make sure to wash morning and night. ---btw im only giving 4 stars because i havent been able to get my skin back to the way it use to look with this product---

Pros:

-Reduces size and redness of pre-existing pimples and scars
-The toner improves complexion

Cons:

-breakouts
-breakouts
-more breakouts

-feels greasy
-overpriced
-night cream and lotion do nothing

Started off well for the first week, but wound up making me violently breakout. Could be different for anyone else, so if you can spare the 30 bucks then it could be worth a try.
