Pros:

It works. Doesnt dry out my skin as long as i use it properly (all 3 steps).
one order can last me two months, so it is totally worth it.
I'm mid 20s, male, mixed race and have done one round of acutane which helped, but i still had bouts of moderate acne.

Cons:

a little pricey, but not compared to trying all sorts of things in desperation. Just get this and you won't keep wasting time and money on anything else. I'm careful in application to make it last, but one order goes about 2 months, using 3 times a day. I actually just use the 90 Noxema pads, drain out the treatment, and replace it with the acnefree green juice stuff, which makes it last longer and works better and faster than a cotton ball.

It works and is working for me. I don't get online to review ANYTHING cause i have more important things to do, but as a mid 20s male, i figured i'd log on to here and give ACNEfree a big two thumbs up. i've tried all the products from this site and they work to some extent, but honestly, acnefree, used regularly, almost knocked out my adult acne totally. i'm very pleased with it and am pretty much done trying to find the "perfect combo" for moderate acne. this is it. I've tried all the brands, even from Dan (no offense Dan), and also home remedy crap like oils, green tea, etc. There is a reason so many people use this--it really does work. Should have just started buying it a long time ago, might have got a few more ladies sooner haha.

Pros:

Stops your skin from getting new pimples (mostly).
Doesn't dry out face too much.
Not expensive at all.

Cons:

Doesn't actually rid my face of the pimples, only keeps me from getting more.

I used the clear formula of AcneFree, in the tube, and have tried the 3-step AcneFree products, but they have not worked for me. The clear one may work for some people, and also the 3-step one may work for some people, but these did NOT work for me. I first used the AcneFree Severe 3-step formula for a few months, and it just made my face more oily, and I kept breaking out (the pimples weren't going away!). Then I switched to the "new clear formula", and have been using it for about a year.. It does not get rid of my acne, but the only reason I'm still using it, is because if I go off of it, I know I will break out. Plus, it does nothing to help get rid of the oil on my skin, and my skin is really oily. I use it twice a day, once in the morning, once at night, and I'm very strict about staying on a routine with whatever products I use. My face doesn't have a problem with being too dry, so strong or harsh products are not a no-no for me. All in all, I would not recommend this product to someone with oily skin, as it won't rid your face of the oil. In fact, when I wake up, my skin is so oily that I have to get a paper towel and rub it. I don't know if it's just me, but.. I suppose this product is worth a try, since it is not costly, like many acne treatments.

Pros:

- Good value.
- Easy to find in stores.
- Clears moderate/mild acne.
- Better than proactive.

Cons:

- None really other than it only worked temporarily (personally) which is a problem I have with my acne, its stubborn.

I bought this kit for about 4 months and used it religiously. It was suggested to me by a cosmetics associate in CVS pharmacy. I gave it a shot since I didnt have much to lose. It worked well for the first couple of months, and when I gave a review on their website, they sent me a free full sized kit as a gift! Which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, my acne came back eventually since its stubborn. Overall, I was really surprised by the results. It claims it is better than proactive, and it its true. I would suggest this to people who have less stubborn mild/moderate acne. It's a good regimen

Pros:

Clears up acne very quickly (About 1 month for my case)

Cons:

Dries your skin really badly
Acne pops back when usage is stopped

I use acnefree's Severe. A year ago, I used to use it and it cleared my skin up. It really dries up my skin, so I switched to their sensitive line. After about 6 months, acne pops again but I decided to stick with sensitive. Nope, it doesn't work that way. Recently, I just switched back to severe, and it clears up within a month. One thing to note when using their severe line. You have to scrub your face when using the cleanser. You'll see dead skin cells coming off.... :) I've tried a bunch of different things too. I've tried clean and clear, clearasil, neutrogena. None of them worked. It depends on your skin I guess, but hopefully it works for you too!

Pros:

Leaves skin refreshed, oil free, and most importantly--ACNE FREE
Very affordable

Cons:

Dries skin, initial redness
Must use moisturizer with repair lotion

This product WORKS. I tried everything from drugstore brands to doctor prescribed medications before, NONE of which worked. These products tried to cover up my acne, not really clear it. You may experience severe redness within the first week of use, but the acne will soon start to clear up. In the beginning, I experienced painful swelling/itchiness that I simply had to suffer through. But AcneFree is now the only product I use for my face, along with an Aveeno moisturizer.

Pros:

Fast results. Cleared most of my existing acne in 3 days.

Cons:

I have very sensitive skin. Product was drying and did cause redness and some burning after using. However, the redness seems to be lessening with regular use. Also, I followed the 3 step AcneFree process with my own moisturizer which helped with dryness.

The PROS out weigh the CONS. It may have dried my skin some but it was better than having a face full of acne. This product has worked for me so far!!!

Pros:

Clears skin at first

Cons:

Stops working and doesn't completely clear you up

I use the Acne Free Severe because the regular one doesn't work as well. I have been using this product for a long time and it worked for awhile, but noticed my skin is breaking out just as much as before I started using it. I might as well not be using it. I think it does help limit some of my zits but even using this according to the directions and on a consistent basis, I still always have about 3 zits on my face. Might be good for people with light acne. I use it because I can't find anything else that works and it's now just a routine, which is pathetic that nothing out there can cure acne.
