Drink more water and keep your hair away from your face. It always seems to clear up my forehead acne.

Update - I will receive my prescriptions most likely tomorrow. Currently using Aczone in the morning and Epiduo at night. Minocycline 100g 2x day once I receive it as well. Very few active pimples and...

I've been using Epiduo every night for about a week, and it feels very mild to me compared to what I used to use - Retin A gel. To reduce swelling, apply moisturizer first, and then apply the Epiduo....

I personally agree about the Aczone. My skin is pretty tolerant to acne medications, and Aczone seems really mild.

I'm partially anemic - thalassemia, and my mom doesn't want to risk me taking accutane. As I said, I have an upcoming dermatologist appointment so hopefully she can help.

I use moisturizer everyday (or I try to). Updated the photos! A little disappointed with the progress, but honestly, it does look worse to me lol.

Is there any actual link to dairy and acne? I drink 2 cups of milk a day and it doesn't seem to worsen my acne.
