in the same boat..... play water polo for the college i attend, weight lift, swim, etc...... i don't have any inflamed acne though.... just hella tiny skin colored bumps aka clogged pores.

so what do i need to buy from the store? just apple cider vinegar? and did you have the same bumps as I do?
