Good moisturizer Smooth skin

Cons

Oily Caused some mild breakouts caused more ACNE SCARS on places I didn't have acne before. did not fade scars, minimal if any

Pros

-Increase mood (you get a mini high like when you eat oysters) - Somewhat clearer skin, nothing that i've noticed drastically.

Cons

- Stomach ache/weak feeling if not taken RIGHT after a meal.

Been taking zinc 50mg daily for a couple of months…
