hmmm I had a bruised heel before i started accutane from landing awkwardly in basketball... it's been a good month and it still kinda hurts... not sure if it's still bruised or if it's the accutane. ...

Got my Cephalexin 500mg! I have to take it 3 times a day for a month. I really hope this works.

Ok that makes much more sense.   I will check with my doc tomorrow, hopefully go on Cephalexin and hopefully prevent the initial breakout!

maybe a month and a half, i'm not exactly sure, i was taking it for about 3 months or so before accutane, and my derm told me to continue taking it for the first part of treatment.

i already told you, yes it does, i used it with accutane and didn't get an IB at all.

I understand that Cephalexin is also an antibiotic used on its own for acne but the question here is, does it work well with accutane?... and prevent the initial breakout?
