Add to the night routine benzoyl peroxide (you don't need prescription for that). Ideally you should also use adapalene and clindamycin but those require prescription.

I would not use adapalene and isotretinoin at the same time. The former is a first resource or something you use after finishing the latter. For now, just take isotretinoin.
