That's a dramatic improvement. I would do more subcisions and then microneedle for texture. Also, use retin-A if you aren't already. It speeds up healing and collagen production.

I would imagine microneedling would work well. But keep in should you must apply vitamin A and C to get good results, as they're the building blocks to repairing skin and also producing new collagen. ...
