If your scars are really bound down then I think subcision would be the way to go. You could try it on a scar or two first if you're nervous.

Question for those who roll more than every 6 weeks or so..how do you know you're not just seeing chronic swelling? In my experience swelling lasts for awhile and usually longer than you think.
