A second round of accutane is not uncommon. I would try to get on one if possible.

Make sure you eat something fatty with it too.

My IB came in the form of a whitehead party. It came almost immediately after I started. Consider yourself lucky!

I wouldn't think the occasional glass of wine would be a problem. I will admit that I had a few drinks from time to time while I was on it. I would definitely not recommend getting hammered, however...

Swab your nose with petroleum jelly or some other moisturizer to combat the nosebleeds. I had them too during my course!

I took whey and creatine daily while I was on Accutane. I plan to stay on both during my upcoming second dose as well.

Make sure he regularly swabs the inside of his nose with petroleum jelly or some other moisturizer. Accutane can potentially give you crazy nose bleeds. Overall though, it's a wonder drug.
