You're supposed to drink lots of water while on Accutane due to the dehydration it causes on your skin.

And about the "It's been 2 months and I've seen no improvement", the results come in differently for everyone. I began to see massive improvement ending month 3 and beginning month 4. Others see improvement on their first month. It's different for everybody. Just keep calm and carry on.

Make sure you eat something fatty with it too.

Yes! water is great on accutane... well you should drink lots of water anyways. But i didnt see a drastic improvement till around month 4-5- so trust me stick with it!
