What kind of scars are these? They look like boxcar to me. It's a little hard to tell because of the lingering redness from acne, but the scars appear to be a mixture of icepick and boxcar scars.

I think punch excision or TCA cross might have been better for the kind of scarring you have. subcision is usually ideal for rolling scars, not ice pick. I'm happy you've had improvement. Maybe try TC...
