Plenty of posts can be found on here and throughout the internet. A lot of people like to go on lower dose but it means a longer course, still a lot of success stories.

I think moisturising creates a healthy environment for healing, especially a moisturiser with niacinamide or however it is spelt in it.

Stop cleansing 3 times a day. 2 is more than enough. The red marks on your neck look like irritation.
