Hey guys,   I've pretty much got the regimen down other then the b-complex dosage. How much should I be taking per day? 50mg?

Just ordered 500ml of Carlson's Fish Oil. Going to start this new Omega 3 regimen as soon as the shipment comes in. I've tried nearly everything else, I think it's time I move to Holistic solutions....
