Yea, they usually do blood work to make sure you don't have liver damage or high cholesterol. You will be fine, while you are on accutane, it sucks, but once once your off everything will get better.

It will for sure get you clear. The bad side effects are also from people who are not having regular bloodwork done and not following up with a dermatologist on a regular basis.
