I believe your doctor would be the one to submit that you have already tried the lesser drugs (creams, antibiotics, etc). If that can be proven, I believe the new company would cover it.

I have to have my bloodwork done on 1/25 & my doc appt is on 1/27. He tells me I'll walk out of there with my prescription that day. I don't know the dosage yet.
