Considering I spent well over $1500 CAD for accutane, $195 is nothing. If I still had acne I'd buy it and if it ever comes back (knock on wood) I'm getting it. I say go for it.

Personally, 3-4 months, and if it doesn't work buy then I try osmething else, but I have a friend who waited it out and it took 9 months (Diane-35) but it worked beautifully.
