Hey, if you can manage it, do it! It makes more sense to use your own cells than a foreign body as filler, especially since the PRP should form connective tissue instead of dissolving.

What Robertitoo said. Also some needling wouldn't be amiss.   And remember, be patient. Great results can be had but they don't come quickly nor easily.

That's very minor scarring, should respond well to several rounds of TCA peels.
