Changes in the skin or acne? Not sure but i used to use aczone and avar e creams for my face and they worked wonderfully the first few months then all of a sudden it stopped working.

I use vanicream cleansing bar, its made for sensitive skin. I like it alot, its soft and feels lotiony. But you'll need to put on a moisturizer afterwards like always.
