i wash my face, use witch hazel, and then moisturuze. is that good? but if i switch my remedy to using BP, wjat percentage should I use?

If I need to, how often should i switch face cleansers?

Does washing your face, using BP, and moisuizing all I should be doing?(according to the video thats it) who does it and agrees this is all i need to do?

Just wondering, does tanning (basically a lot of sun exposure) worsen PIH? I wear a noncomedgenic sunscreen for face & i just dont want my spots getting worse.
