Just wondering, does tanning (basically a lot of sun exposure) worsen PIH? I wear a noncomedgenic sunscreen for face & i just dont want my spots getting worse.
For me tanning my face really helped. I was having a bad breakout and had lots of other marks and spots on my face, but after spending a couple of hours in hot sun, my skin was looking a lot better. The acne was dried and spots were gone.
