Iconzz many People have fasted for 40 days

If you dont want to feel the hunger days before your planning to fast eat only fruits and count down the eating for everyday

Iconzz please read little about water fasting   Water fast is a good way to clear up acne and it can heal scars during a longer fast

I dont think 7 days will help with your scars   Try doing it for 20 days at least

Cookiej well you did intermittent fasting im talking about water fasting for 40 days and with a doctor supervision.   Many People have cured their scars with water fasting

A real water fast is only drinking water for a period of days without eating something. If you do a water fast for 30 + you will see alot of healing of old wounds this healing process starts at day 1...

Do it Ive heard the real healing of scars starts after day 14.

The week before i water fasted i eat very little and only fruits and i broke my fast with watermelon
