You are correct when you said that fasting will be dangerous if your body runs out of fat. But that IS NOT FASTING anymore... It is called starving. That's when the body starts eating your own organs for energy but that is like a very very very verry very very veryvery very RARE case because before that happens, the body send signals of INTENSE hunger which then gives you the sign to break the fast as soon as possible. AND STaRVATION only happens way past one month for the majority of people unless you're malnourished and Have less than 10% fat on your body. That's why it is very important to research!
Ofc there are also other risks.
Like low pottasium. It can be deadly.
That's why doctors dont recommend fasting for more than 7 days without supervision so that they can monitor your pottasium levels and blood pressure.

Umm... I got lots of information from doctorS as well regarding water fast.
That shows that not all doctors are the same and that just because a person is a doctor doesn't mean she or he knows everything.
As i said, the body reserves energy.
How do you think our ancestors lived when they coudn't find food? especially in the winter?
Or prisoners of wars?
I AGREE with you that it can be dangerous when the body runs out of fuel to convert to energy. But not because we lose energy, but because it USES the ORGANS to get fuel. Again, like i stated above, this is unlikely to happen if you're gonna water fast less than a month.

I would really like to try to fast but im only able to fast from friday after lunch to sunday evening. Because i cant fast while im in school since i am allready tired in school i cant imagine how it would be if didnt ate anything.
But would a such short fast even do any good for my skin?

Your body consumes mucles the first 3 days before it goes into ketosis.
You get little to no benefit and your mucles decreases as well.
Doing a fast while in school isnt that hard but not easy.
So if you are gonna water fast, dont do it for just a short period of time.

I did only eat fruits the days before the fast like a fruit fast you can also begin the week before a water fast with juice fasting and eating little fruits so when you water fast you will not feel so much hunger and you will get faster results

I would really like to try to fast but im only able to fast from friday after lunch to sunday evening. Because i cant fast while im in school since i am allready tired in school i cant imagine how it would be if didnt ate anything.

The first week, your body is in acidosis, trying to balance your body's ph. So your body is detoxing and cleaning and balancing your system.
So you wont get any significant healing in a week.
After a week, your body will finish acidosis or it could take more days depending on how bad your diet was. Anyways, after acidosis finishes, your body will focus on balancing other things like sugar lvls, blood, etc. , repairing organs, and creating more tissues.
Im going to fast suring school. I dont think fasting will affect your marks or anything. Actually, reports say fasting makes your mind clearer and it gives you more time since you wont have to cook, eat, etc. so you can use that time reading and studying.
I think the only thing that will hinder us from going to school is when we detox hard so we're gonna feel weaker for just a couple of days. But after that weak "stage" you will feel fine and energetic but sometimes it will be broken by short periods of weakness because the body is detoxing still.
So in short:
A week fasting will give you a major detox and some healing but not that much for healing because the first week is usually the body's major cleaning time. Your major cleaning time also depends on how bad your lifestyle was before the fast.
So it's better for you to eat healthy and excercise before the fast.

Also, isnt it the more scar tissue you have the more energy your body can take from the scar tissue?
I have some deep rolling wcars on my cheeks and and ice picks scar on my nose and 2 keloid scars on my nose wich are going down
