your skin looks super clear from the photos. if the blackheads bother you, you can go to an aesthetician to get them extracted. Personally, I think you looks great

It looks like large pores. It could be from the Fraxel which can give you micro-scaring from the laser. I noticed I have them too after getting Fraxel
