yep i got 1 every time i upped my dose...

i didnt eat chocalate since christmas, cos i was told itad break me out, i also didnt eat carbs for the past 2 mounths becos that wudbreak me out, it seems everything wud break me out, i just eat wot ...

u do get sum clever wankers.....

now morning day 4, and still have the 2 pimples as b4 at a head, but no new, so to sum up.......... had 2 active pimples day1, they persisted and now are still here but no new ones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok this is now day 3 for me, morning, and i woke to find 2 new pimples, both medium in size and both had a head.....so not to bad......

did day 1 on this, still got a few active spots but no new ones have popped up to say ello, will updat tomora mornin...
