Is it necessary to use bp on your entire face if your acne is in a smaller area? I used to do that but I switched to using bp as an overnight spot treatment and it worked better for me.

I think you should definitely see a doctor/dermatologist about it. It does sound something like rosacea.   (and I know it might sound weird, but I think the red nose is kinda cute!)
