A lot of people use retin-a after Accutane to keep their face clear, even if it didn't work before Accutane.

Have you tried using eye drops?

It sounds like it could be a stye, which I've read can be a side affect. I have never had one though, so I'm not sure how to treat it.

How is your treatment going so far?

Taking more pills at a time may shorten your treatment, but your side affects will probably get worse. I don't recommend it without your doctor telling you to.

For your skin care, less is better on Accutane! A lot of people like to use CeraVe or Cetaphil washes and moisturizers because they're so gentle. I do recommend them. don't use any toners or exfolia...

I agree, my derm told me not to use any topicals except for moisturizer. The drug is si strong it will work it's magic on it's own. Your skin will be too sensitive to use topicals.

Cetaphil or Cerave cleansers are the most recommended because they're so gentle. I use Cetaphil, but as soon as it's gone I'm going to try Cerave to see which I like better.
