here's another update, had blunt cannula subcision done, no fillers, this marks 11 days after my 3rd subcision. Getting a Jessner peel done on the 5th, then another subcision on the 14th.  2024...

I definitely see a 20% improvement, your scars are pretty deep so I would only assume multiple sessions with that much volume loss. My scars are not as deep as yours but it's taken me 3 subcisions ...

I'm no expert in acne scarring but these are not bad at all! Probably microneedling and peels??
