What would be the best treatments? They are rolling, strophic acne scars (visible improvement when stretching the skin)¦ how much percentage improvement would be reasonable?

Subcision/filler maybe some ablation at the end depending on the look/edges of certain ones. Whenever you have atrophy or puddle like scars, the best bet is probably subcision + filler. Try to find someone experienced in it.

Out of pure speculation, how much improvement - if any - would you estimate i'd see?

My guess is a combo of subcision and ablative laser resurfacing with a 50-75% improvement expected.

But, that's a guess. You want to get under the care of a really good plastic surgeon or derm who specializes in scar repair. I tell everyone to get 3 or even more than 3 opinions and see what they say.

Any thoughts on filler for my scars? I should mention they almost completely disappear when i stretch my skin, which leads me to believe filler could be drastically beneficial as a moderate-term solution (until it dissolves).

If you respond well you could see significant improvement. Depends on what it improves to after the filler reabsorbs. Depends on the type of scar and how each responds some might respond better perhaps. There are people who seem to get like 60-85% on atrophic scars. Others don't respond much.
