What's the TCA strength? If above 70%, don't wash for the next 7 days (or until the scabs). Also be sure to apply Vaseline or Aquaphor to keep the treated areas moist at all times. After 7 days, apply apple cider vinegar twice a day until the redness fades.

No....dr has done cross treatment on number of scars but those scars are deep which are more highlighted than other mild scars

I'm not sure what % was used, but the scars appear better in the post-op. As such, I suggest you stick with TCA forat least 3 more treatments. As the scar edge flatten over time, then you can get fillers. Good luck!

Unfortunately, that's still too early. You should ideally wait at the minimum of 2 weeks. Better yet, wait 6 weeks before posting more pics.

It's almost 2 weeks after my second tca cross treatment.. I have lots of tethering (wavy texture) and volume loss on my face which is bother me most...I think I should focus on them what do you think?

"Wavy texture" is not as visible to the naked eyes as scars with jagged scar borders. You'll want to fix those first, then worry about texture issues. I would suggest you get at least two more TCAs. For those wavy textures, ask the provider to incorporate microneedling (preferably dermapen) with 30% TCA.

Look at these wavy scars totally visible to naked eyes even from long distance so how can u say that it's not visible? And there is big one fat loss also that makes my skin looks bad

What I meant was that scars with rough edges are MORE VISIBLE than wavy textures. I'm not at all downplaying the need to fix the uneven texture. But you should get the pits done first before concentrating on the surface.

Most of article stated that only do tca cross on scars not on borders.. If we do tca cross only on borders then there is 100% chances of widening.... Those wavy borders don't have scars(hole) ... They are tethered in this case subcision will play big role... What do you think
