Eczema? Or something else?

Recently I have started seeing red scar like marks on my face and forehead. They began on the right cheek bone, and have now appeared on my forehead. The skin is red, and flaky, and at times itchy. I have tried hydrocortisone to no effect. I've attached pictures of the condition.

Does anyone know what this is, or what it could be?

Hello all. I've not used any new products, and my diet hasn't changed. It's now spread to my shoulders, back, lower back, shoulder blades, behind my ears, and legs.

My dermatologist appointment is booked for the 25th of this month.
