I™ve had this acne on my forehead for about a month or 2 now and with all the home remedies I™m doing it™s hardly going away wondering if this could be a further problem or concern for my acne not going away

From the photo that mostly looks like scarring - the red hyperpigmentation left behind after acne. It depend on how quickly you usually heal, but it™s normal for a red mark to take a few weeks to fade away, even up to a year if it was deep. Good luck :)
