I have these small flesh coloured bumps all over my face. No matter how much I take care of my skin and am consistent with a routine nothing seems to be working! I™m not sure whether it even is acne, it seems more rash like so perhaps folliculitis, but I™ve been suffering with it for a while now and just really want to find out what it is/a solution.. I will be seeing a dermatologist soon. Thank you!!

Hi!
I had the same problem for about 3/4 weeks before I tried corticosteroid cream (antibiotical cream made in the farmcy). I started using it beacuse, at the moment, I had an awful allergic reaction to Differin.
I was using this corticosteroid cream for I guess a week or so, and my skin was looking amazing. All these small, annoying bumps were gone, including my allergy.
I really recomend trying this but considering this cream cannot be made without a prescription, try consulting with your dermatologist or Doctor.
Hope I helped!
Have a nice day and I hope your skin will get better soon!

Smiki2210...were you able to stop using the cream and have it still stay nice?

Yes, I can say that I, more or less, had no longer problems with small skin bumps. But I do tend to repeat the process of applying the cream one a month for 3/4 days just to keep the bumps at bay.

This is a gut issue. Whatever is coming out on your skin is stemming from your gut. Trust me, all the creams, face washes will just be like a bandaid until you get to the root. Ive dealt with this and its still a journey for me. If you have dandruff then u prob have candida in your gut. Try seeing someone who specializes in the gut like a functional Med dr. Thats what I do. My skin is much better but still working through it. Remember your gut and skin didnt get like this overnight so it will take time to heal and see real results.
