I cannot advise you without a closeup picture of your scars. Dark marks are not scars they are PIE, ... please see the scar solutions sub, top post FAQ and skin section ... PIE. You have wounding post acne, unless they are permanent and then it's hyerpigmentation. Laser is most effective called vascular laser. But there are other treatments. Basically the body can heal them but it takes a year many times. Lots of other solutions in the FAQ.
