I have no idea of your bodies ability to heal. For some it's quite poor, or they are sensitive hence acne scars. Possibly you should be fine. Go speak to a board certified specialist who knows the latest data on acne scar revision. After Accutane many find it takes longer to heal if they get cuts, ... their skin is dry and thinned out, their acid barrier of the skin seems gone (protective layer). They cannot do harsh exfoliation or ablation.

The white papers on this topic seem to say filler and subcision is ok or with saline and Chinese Cupping. They also say non-ablative laser is ok, which does not disturb the epidermis like resurfacing aka ablative laser would. I would wait some months for procedures involving laser,acid peels, or Infini RF. You must stop for a month before and after these procedures the Accutane and be able to not break out if you stop for several days (spot treat your zits with BP or Sulfur cream). Normal Microneedling I have read some accounts that it is ok if done superficially (not to deep) and not to much all over the skin, but I would be cautious here. Vascular laser is ok for reds and browns (discoloration / hyperpigmentation).
