Hi, I recently got a few new cystic zits on my cheeks, all very deep and painful. So far, two have gone away, but there are dark, hard, disc like marks left behind. They are pretty painful when I push on them, and they have not gone away with any acne treatment, (benzoyl peroxide, salacyic acid) or any scar treatments I have tried. (aloe vera and honey) I am wondering if this is a raised acne scar or a deep cystic pimple. Does by one have any idea what this could be and/or how to get rid of it?
