I am usually complimented for my perfect porcelain skin however if I eat sugary foods/fatty for a couple days straight, I immediately get all these pimples all over my forehead. If I stop for a few days, magically my skin is back to normal. I have never suffered from cystic acne but definitely breakouts of small pimples.
Every body is different and mine obviously reacts badly to sugary foods for whatever reason. Does anyone have any reason why this could be the case?
I get breakout from chocolate, regular dairy, and sugar if I overdose
its important to drink something right away to stabilize sugar, I do that by adding cinnamon to water I drink
organic dairy and meat doesn't cause acne, I know by own experience
