Hello,

I am 30 yo female that is having a hard time with my skin..... I have never dealt with this before. Pictures attached.

I quit hormonal birth control pills mid February after 14 years on it. So I am not sure if this is because of that? I just want to know what is happening on my face so I can treat it! Oh and my period hasn't returned yet either which is common after stopping it....

I have redness and bumps some that are pimples I think? Some that are clear small bumps and some deep under the skin that won't 'surface'. I WENT OFF THE PILL TO GIVE MY BODY A BREAK and then it goes all crazy on me.

The actual amount of bumps appears to be mild, but I see a general redness that perhaps makes the skin look worse. I recommend moisturizing a bit and using BP on the active bumb areas

I'm 36 and struggle with hormonal acne, too. I've been using CeraVe foaming face wash, proactiv toner, benzoyl peroxide on effected areas, and following with CeraVe moisturizer. This has calmed the redness significantly and I haven't had a breakout in over a week now which is HUGE for me.
