Hi to everyone,i have some depressed scars in my face,this is affecting my social life and i'm insicure about myself,what is the best treatment to eliminate them?i've thinked about excision,i don't want to do expensive treatments like lasers and see no results,this scars are not from acne i think,they are because i always touched my pimples and thats the result,im mostly want to eleminate the the one between the eyes,it's the biggest scar...
Icould be wrong here but I would think that needling would be the most practical apporach. If you decide to go this route, avoid the cheap Chinese versions and invest in something like the Derminator: http://derminator.com/
@chuck99You need a combo of subcision to raise the scars, tca and http://derminator.com is what most of us use (microneedling). You have surface scars so you cannot do filler. TCA will help with the texture on the surface. Subcision will release them. Some doctors might TCA cross them which is a forum of tca.
