Does cardio help heal darkspots?

Doing any form of exercise can be beneficial the the healing process of the body, inside and out. Overdoing an exercise to the point of extreme fatigue or dehydration will not help your acne. Running on the treadmill for 50 minutes will not improve your acne. Learn to do yoga, so you can start balancing the lost parts of your body. It's a long journey.
