The only thing I can think of that would give fast results would be a light chemical peel like with Glycolic Acid or Lactic Acid. You can buy this over the internet yourself but if you are concerned about your back side, I was assume you may need help applying and removing the chemical peel since you cannot reach there.

My personal experience in applying lemon juice to lighten hyper pigmentation is relatively quick. But only use it on that spot and only at night for a few days. (I haven't use any AHA)

Sea salt and Epsom salt bath is quite good.

What have you done so far? Maybe wear body makeup? Can you post photos, we are our own worse enemy and see the worst when it's isn't that bad.
