First you will need to complete your Accutane regimen under your doctor's supervision, and then wait for about 6 months before you start dealing with scars. Some scars may fade in the meantime. For remaining scars there are many good treatments such as Fraxel laser, TCA CROSS, subcision, dermabrasion, chemical peels etc. which are usually done by dermatologists.
