If it was by accident, then either apply the BP on top of the moisturizer or just wait until your next treatment. But don't wash off the moisturizer and start over, this would be too irritating, since washing your face more than twice per day is not recommended. 

The Regimen works best when you apply the treatment first, then the moisturizer, as outlined in the instructions CP gave you above. You won't achieve optimal results doing it the other way around.
