Hi guys, first of all english is not my main language so if I make some mistakes sorry.
Everything started when I was a happy 13 years old boy, I was having some little pimples and so but nothing serious. When I was 13 and a half I moved to another country, that was like 7 months ago. With 2-3 weeks before moving my skin started to have that little bumps on my forehead. I started to wash my face regulatly twice a day and moisturize afterwards. But my skin got worse and worse. I know that I'm only 14 and is kinda normal but, the single place where I have acne is my forehead and temples, and that's not all. My skin is pretty dark and 99% of the time when I get hyperpigmentation after acne, so that's pretty worse too. I still have some small bumps but not that muvh because a lot of them turned into acne. I am eating pretty healthy I would say, I don't eat a lot of processed food and sugar and so on, and I'm drinking water too. I don't want a super clear skin but, I want better skin. What can I do I'm running out of ideas.

As Im pretty sure you looked up on the web for treatments my personal favourite is Aloe vera and should do the job,so far It has reduced the size ofmine and Is like the safest method in my opinion. Also,at this age till 18+ ure going to get that often so be careful what you eat, french fries mostly cause my acne along with crisps and snacks that contain alot of oil.

In my experience diet has nothing to do with acne, and most dermatologists agree on that at this point.

My biggest piece of advice for a young person with acne, is to be as gentle as possible. Never use a washcloth on your face, and try to avoid putting pressure on your face while sleeping. Read the acne.org regimen and treat it like your bible. If you aren't using any type of benzol peroxide already, you can buy a months supply at your local grocery store or pharmacy for less than $10.

Good luck brother.

I am back, and I don't have any good news.... Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

P.S I just ordered the Dudu Osun Black Sope because I've seen pretty good feedback and I'm thinking to use it with apple cider vinegar, for the past 2 weeks or so I've use Tetracycline on topic, it's like a cream and i put it on my forehead and temples, but I didn't really saw a big improvment, but it helped a bit tho, I'm thinking about something like this: Wash my face morning and night with the dudu osun sope and moisturize ofcourse, I'm coming from school at 15:30 or so and I'll use the Apple cider vinegar diluted with water, and at night I think I'll go with the Tetracycline. If your have any suggestions it would be really nice. I just want my face to be better because in like 4 months I should meet with my old friends and, if my face will be like this I won't do this so yea

I'd recommend Zineryt lotion if you can get some, I got mine from the GP a few years ago, it has an antibiotic which stops the inflamed acne bacteria. I still have spots and an uneven skin tone, but nothing like I used to. good luck 🙂

Back again, this time with pretty good news. You can't really tell on the photos, but I only have like 3-4 pimples and they are really small compared to what i had, however meanwhile I had some chin breakouts, but nothing serious. Pretty much everything that you can see in the photos in hyperpigmentation, some of hyperpigmentation si brown and some is red. I also noticed some minor scars. My question is, are this scars going to fade on their own or I need to do something and, what can I do for these super bad hyperpigmentation?

Your skin needs to be exfoliated.

Try and buy the AHA+ creme here from acne.org and use it at night time only. It will help pimples and moreover reducing hyperpigmentation at night, remember a good sunscreen at daytime too.

I just want to update, I just achived my current goal, no pimples or so on my forehead! My temples stayed clear for like 2 months and there are some red marks but they slowly fade and, my forehead right now does not have any pimple but there are some blackheads tho. I want to say that I didn't really had a routine in like past 2-3 weeks I mainly wash my face with my face wash in the morning and at night i may splash some water sometimes or just leave it as it is and wash it in the morning, oh and moisturize of course. I use apple cider vinegar 2 times a day too and... that's it. I kinda feel like i coul exfoliate now that i don't have pimples anymore and I would be happy if you guys could recommend me one for sensitive skin, thanks!
