I'm not sure if I'm allowed to give seller names here, but if you search Retin A on ebay search, you'll get a result. There's usually a seller in the UK, and the ones I've bought from have always shipped it immediately, so no waiting around. There're sellers located in Thailand, but with those you'd have a bit of a wait.

I've been using the 0.05% gel since the beginning of July and I only wish I tried it years ago because it's best thing I've ever done for my skin!
