90% shallow chest acne.

low dose: 10mg a day.

3 years with 6 months total in breaks. so 2 1/2 years constant

Couple of questions

1. Is this your maintenance dosage or your regular low-dosage course?

2. How many courses of accutane have you been on?

3. What are the side effects you experienced?

Sure. I am about to start 10 mg Accutane soon. How do i eliminate an ib or help prevent it? I already don't eat dairy which is known for bad hormones. I would consider moving to 20 mg eventually if I had no results after a significant time.

To help prevent an initial breakout, derms can prescribe a short term course of antibiotics for you to take for the first couple of months.
